For issues with logging into the VRMS website, please try the following:
  • Enter the username and temporary password provided in the email you received. This should prompt you to reset your password. ('username' is the same as 'login name')
  • If you have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot Password?” link on the VRMS Log In page. After the page reloads, enter your login name and click ‘Retrieve’. This will email a new temporary password to the email account associated with your login name.
  • If you have forgotten your login name or become locked out of your account due to multiple failed log in attempts, please contact vendoraccess@vrmco.com to unlock your account.
